Your dreams heal you every night whether you remember
them, pay attention to them, write them down or even
care. They work for you, whether you work with them or
not. You've got a great resource here—a nightly messenger
service that tells you how you're doing, how you're
messing up and what you can do about it. It seems pretty
simple, but that's how most of our dreams work. Some
dreams focus on the good news—so you wake up
reassured, wonderfully exhilarated. Other dreams report
on the bad news—not so pleasant—showing what's scary,
what's holding you back.
Dreams shake us up, disturb us and they “wake us up” to
what we most need to pay attention to. They can also
“take us up” to a place of perfection—a place which is everywhere around us, all of
us, all of the time. I'm going to talk about how to benefit more fully from the
opportunity and help dreams provide—how to turn bad dreams into good ones, how
to have better dreams and how to use your dreams to have a better life.
An internationally recognized authority on dreams—identified by Honolulu Magazine
as one of Hawaii's best known psychics— Alice Anne is the author of the best-
selling, Understand Your Dreams and The Last of the Dream People. She holds an
MA from Columbia University and trained with Dr. Thomas Maughan, Chief of the
Ancient Order of Druids.
