These rates INCLUDE Complimentary, self-service Full Breakfast Buffet served daily in
Kama'aina Terrace restaurant from 6:30AM to 9:30AM. These rates are per room, single/double
occupancy and are subject to 12.416% Hawaii general excise & transient accommodations tax.
The charge for third adult is $50 per night and includes breakfast.

    Reservations Department at extension 2515 or call the Reservations Department directly
    at 808-324-2515. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Hawaii
    Standard Time).

  • Attendees should indicate the group affiliation Total Well Being Expo on all reservations
    requests.
  • Reservations should be placed at anytime prior to fifteen (15) days prior to arrival
    (February 18, 2010) to ensure the conference rate.
  • The group rate may be arranged for pre and post extensions, up to maximum of three (3)
    nights on an availability basis.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • The Hotel will confirm reservations with a one night’s deposit plus tax or credit card
    guarantee.
  • Cancellation of the reservations may occur anytime between thirty (30) days and eight (8)
    days prior to arrival without charge. If cancellation occurs between seven (7) days and
    seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival, the hotel shall retain one night’s room and tax. If
    cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival, the hotel will charge for the entire
    stay.  

LUGGAGE HANDLING:
  • Porterage is required with all group programs. Individuals will be charged a porterage fee
    of $7.29 per person, inclusive of Hawaii state general excise tax. This fee will be posted
    to their guest room folio. Bellman will handle baggage on arrival and departure at the
    guest’s request. No additional tipping is required.

VALET PARKING:
  • The daily valet parking fee is $10.00 if service is utilized.

SELF PARKING:
  • Self-parking fee of $7.00 per day has been waved.

MAID GRATUITIES:        
  • Suggested Maid Gratuity is $3.00 per room, per day.
