The session then transitions into
Acu-Yoga, a new, easy-to-learn yoga
practice for all ages and levels. Acu-Yoga, a new, easy-to-learn yoga practice for all ages and
levels. Acu-Yoga opens up energy meridians by stimulating acupressure points during the
yoga routine. This is followed by a 30 to 40 minute session of acupuncture. The acupuncture
is tailored to your individual needs and is applied to ears, hands and feet. Conducted while
in a resting pose, it is generally experienced as pleasant, relaxing and painless. During this
time specially modified audio sound-scapes will be played that synchronize and entrain
brainwave frequencies toward the theta state.
The session concludes with QiGong breathing exercises. A portal session is designed to go
deep to eliminate the root causes of irritability, anger, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders,
lack of motivation and more.
Due to the very personal nature of this program the OM Portal Session is limited to 20 people
only. Advanced reservations are highly recommended.
Felix and Carmela Wolf are a talented team of licensed acupuncturists whose training
includes work in Beijing, China. In cooperation with Celebrity Cruises they founded
"Acupuncture at Sea," the first Oriental Medicine program offered within the cruise ship
industry. During the last 5 years Felix and Carmela traveled the world treating thousands of
clients using acupuncture mostly in group settings. Their backgrounds include creating and
operating the "Longevity Emporium," a wellness center and herbal tea room in Santa Fe, NM,
as well as time spent apprenticing with Anthropologist-Shaman Dr.Carlos Castaneda. They
currently offer Oriental Medicine services through Diamond Head Acupuncture.
